Corporate events in Seville.

Royal palaces, orange-blossom courtyards and a 3,500-seat congress hall.

Why Seville

Heritage density no other city can match.

Why hold a corporate event in Seville? Because nowhere else in Europe puts this much heritage within walking distance of your hotel. The Real Alcázar — the oldest royal palace still in use in Europe — the Cathedral, and the Archivo de Indias form a single UNESCO World Heritage ensemble in the heart of the old town, with 16th-century palaces like Casa de Pilatos available for private evening events.

For conferences, FIBES (Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones de Sevilla) offers one of Spain's largest auditoriums — 3,500 seats — plus three column-free exhibition halls. Delegates arrive easily: Seville airport connects to major European hubs, and the AVE high-speed train reaches Madrid in around 2 hours 30 minutes. The city also carries real industry weight, anchored by Airbus's aerospace operations.

For incentives, this is the birthplace of flamenco and the home of the Andalusian horse. Historic olive-mill haciendas 20–30 minutes from the centre host full private buy-outs, and the city's famous golden evening light turns Plaza de España or a palace courtyard into a gala setting no ballroom can imitate.

Good to Know

Frequently asked questions

What are the best venues for a large congress in Seville?

FIBES — the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones de Sevilla — is the city's benchmark: a 3,500-seat auditorium, among the largest in Spain, plus three column-free exhibition halls for plenaries, trade fairs and multi-day congresses. The Hotel Alfonso XIII and the five-star hotels around the old town work as headquarters hotels, and 16th-century palaces such as Casa de Pilatos take the gala dinner out of the ballroom entirely.

Do international companies pay 0% Spanish VAT on Seville events?

Yes — for most foreign and intra-EU business clients, our event services are invoiced at 0% Spanish VAT under the standard reverse-charge rules for business-to-business services. On a six-figure event that is a five-figure saving, frequently more than a DMC's entire fee. We confirm the exact treatment for your company before contracting, so there are no surprises on the final invoice.

When is the best time of year for a corporate event in Seville?

Spring and autumn are ideal: March to early June and mid-September to November are warm, reliable and made for courtyard dinners and outdoor programmes. Be honest about summer — July and August regularly exceed 40°C, so we keep those months indoors or steer incentive programmes to other dates. Winter is mild and excellent value. Note that Semana Santa and the Feria de Abril fill the city and lift rates — spectacular if they are part of your programme, expensive if they are not.

How far in advance should we book a Seville event?

Six to nine months for large congresses at FIBES and for peak spring and autumn dates; eight to twelve weeks can work for smaller meetings and incentives. Semana Santa and Feria de Abril weeks book out around a year ahead, so if your dates are fixed, start early — and talk to us even on short notice, as our supplier relationships open doors that public availability does not show.

Does your team work in English and other languages?

Yes. We work in English, Spanish, German and French across every stage, from proposals to on-site coordination and supplier management, with further European languages on request. International delegates and your head office are looked after in their own language throughout the event.

Which destinations do you cover beyond Seville?

We operate across 20+ destinations in Spain and Portugal, including Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Cádiz, Marbella and Mallorca, with one accountable team coordinating multi-city programmes. We scale from leadership offsites of 15–20 people to congresses of several thousand delegates, with a senior project manager leading every event regardless of size.
