Incentive travel in Mallorca.

The Mediterranean's incentive island.

Why Mallorca

An island built for incentives.

Mallorca compresses everything an incentive planner needs onto one island. Palma de Mallorca Airport is one of Spain’s busiest, with dense year-round direct connections to virtually every major European hub — most groups land within two and a half hours of home and reach their hotel twenty minutes later.

The luxury stock is exceptional: a converted clifftop fortress at Cap Rocat, the castle estate of Son Vida, and five-star seafront resorts like the St. Regis Mardavall near Puerto Portals. For meetings, the Palau de Congressos de Palma puts a nearly 2,000-seat auditorium directly on the city’s seafront. And the Bay of Palma — home waters of the Copa del Rey regatta — is one of Europe’s great sailing arenas, making nautical team building a signature of the destination.

Beyond the coast, the Serra de Tramuntana — a UNESCO World Heritage cultural landscape — delivers dramatic scenic drives to stone villages like Deià and Valldemossa, while Binissalem’s historic wineries host private tastings and long-table dinners among the vines. Mild shoulder seasons keep the island working from March to November.

Good to Know

Frequently asked questions

What are the best venues for an incentive in Mallorca?

For wow-factor, Cap Rocat — a converted 19th-century fortress at the mouth of the Bay of Palma — takes full buy-outs that give your group a private clifftop citadel, while Castillo Hotel Son Vida offers castle terraces above the city. Seafront five-stars like the St. Regis Mardavall work well as headquarters hotels, and private fincas, Binissalem wineries and Port Adriano's designer marina carry the evening programme. For plenary sessions, the Palau de Congressos de Palma seats close to 2,000 delegates right on the seafront.

Do international companies pay 0% Spanish VAT on Mallorca events?

Yes — for most foreign and intra-EU business clients, our event services are invoiced at 0% Spanish VAT under the standard reverse-charge rules for business-to-business services. On a six-figure event that is a five-figure saving, frequently more than a DMC's entire fee. We confirm the exact treatment for your company before contracting, so there are no surprises on the final invoice.

When is the best time of year for a corporate event in Mallorca?

Mallorca's mild shoulder seasons keep the island working from March to November. May, June, September and October are the sweet spot: warm, reliable weather for sailing days, terrace dinners and Serra de Tramuntana excursions without peak-summer crowds. July and August are hot and busy with leisure tourism, while winter is quiet and well-priced for smaller indoor meetings — though some resort hotels close, so venue choice narrows.

How far in advance should we book a Mallorca event?

Six to nine months for peak shoulder-season dates, and earlier still for full hotel or fortress buy-outs, which are limited and sell fast. Eight to twelve weeks can work for smaller meetings and incentives outside peak periods. If your dates are fixed, start early — and talk to us even on short notice, as our supplier relationships open doors that public availability does not show.

Does your team work in English and other languages?

Yes. We work in English, Spanish, Catalan, German and French across every stage, from proposals to on-site coordination and supplier management, with further European languages on request. International delegates and your head office are looked after in their own language throughout the event.

Which destinations do you cover beyond Mallorca?

We operate across 20+ destinations in Spain and Portugal, including Barcelona, Madrid, Málaga, Seville, Valencia and Marbella, with one accountable team coordinating multi-city programmes. We scale from leadership offsites of 15–20 people to congresses of several thousand delegates, with a senior project manager leading every event regardless of size.
