Hi Marina, Thank you for the wine/ham gift from Protocol yesterday. Mercedes gave it to me after we spoke on the phone. I also appreciate the follow up call to check and see how things went. Mercedes was very professional and proactive. I know it was sometimes difficult to get restaurants/hotels/ground company to “hurry up” to provide information but when needed she actually went to the restaurants to get the information since there were changes and time was critical. She kept in constant contact and provided updates as requested and all transfers and dinners went perfectly. The clients loved our dinner selections and most importantly Mercedes had a welcoming and caring personality that makes all the difference when dealing with VIP client groups. Also, thank you for assisting with the Hesperia hotel to get my slide review room booked! As I mentioned on the phone, whenever I am back in Spain with a group I will certainly contact you given the 2 successful programs we have had together.

My best to you and little Nico~ Carolina : I don't know how, but every time we needed something you were always magically right there! Thank-you for your tireless support even to the late hours of the night, and always with a bright smile! Looking back, I can't imagine the event going so smoothly without you. The rest of the team, Mercedes, Vicky, Anabel, Antonio, were great as well. Most of all I appreciated their focus and professionalism as well as attitude and demeanor which was positive throughout the entire event. Special note for Santi and the AV crew: I've seen a lot of stage crews work but I must say, they were outstanding. Nothing was "impossible" or "difficult". Every request was met with an enthusiastic "of course we can do that!" and the AV went off without a single hitch. Please let them know that I had nothing but praise for their work.
